Refund policy

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Riwaz. If a cancellation is approved, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original mode of payment.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the customer’s credit card, debit card, or net banking account within 7 business days from the date of approval.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount periods.

  • Items with customisation requests, including but not limited to changes in bottom style, colour, sleeve length, or any made-to-order modifications. Such orders must be prepaid, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted for customised products.

  • Gift certificates and jewellery once dispatched, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

  • Any merchandise marked as final sale at the time of purchase.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally. However, in the rare event that an item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, Riwaz will be happy to offer an exchange, subject to verification.

Please note that refunds on international orders, if approved, will not include any duties, taxes, or tariffs paid by the customer at the time of delivery or customs clearance.
