SHIPPING METHODS & COVERAGE

At Riwaz, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide and provide multiple delivery options depending on your location.

Please note that items classified by local courier services as restricted, banned, or prohibited may not be eligible for shipment. This may include, but is not limited to: animals, bullion, currency, negotiable instruments, precious metals or stones, firearms or firearm parts, ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal drugs/narcotics. If such a situation arises, you will be informed accordingly.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • India: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International: Free shipping is available on international orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹30,000/-.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Orders: Usually delivered within a minimum of 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

Riwaz insures every purchase while it is in transit until it reaches the delivery address. A signature may be required upon delivery, after which the responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

If you nominate someone else to receive the order (for example, in the case of a gift), a signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of successful delivery and completion of our obligation, with responsibility transferring in the same manner.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Customers in India

All product prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

For International Customers

Orders are generally shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery to clear the shipment through customs.
