By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Our standard dispatch timelines are as follows and are also mentioned on individual product pages:

  • Pret Collection: Dispatched within approximately 14 days from order confirmation.

  • Couture Collection: Dispatched within approximately 30 days from order confirmation.

These timelines may vary based on product availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING METHODS & COVERAGE

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide and offer various shipping options depending on the destination.

Items that are classified by local courier or regulatory authorities as restricted, prohibited, or banned may not be shipped. This may include, but is not limited to: animals, bullion, currency, negotiable instruments, precious metals or stones, firearms or parts thereof, ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal drugs/narcotics.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • India: Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders.

  • International: Free shipping is applicable only on international orders with a minimum value of ₹30,000/-.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Domestic Orders: Approximately 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Orders: A minimum of 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

INSURANCE & TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Riwaz insures each order while it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified address. A signature may be required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.

If you have designated someone else to receive the order (for example, as a gift), then a signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of delivery and fulfillment by Riwaz, and responsibility will transfer in the same manner.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Customers in India

All product prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

For International Customers

Orders are generally shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery to clear the shipment through customs.

  • Orders under $500: Customs duties and applicable taxes will be borne by the customer.

  • Orders above $500: Customs duties will be borne by Riwaz.

RETURNS WINDOW

Eligible items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery, or as otherwise stated in the product’s return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original packaging such as hangers, plastic covers, tags, boxes, dust bags, and gift packaging.

CUSTOMISED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

We do not offer exchanges or returns on items that are customised or made to order. If an incorrect size has been ordered, we may offer alterations (subject to our terms and feasibility) at no additional cost; however, shipping charges will apply.

ALTERATIONS

All alteration requests require a minimum lead time of 15 days, which may vary depending on the nature of the alteration. We take up to 4 days to confirm the feasibility of an alteration after receiving a request.

All to-and-fro shipping charges, as well as any applicable customs duties, must be borne by the customer in cases of alterations or exchanges.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Requests for cancellation after 24 hours will not be entertained, except under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Riwaz.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, or net banking) within 7 business days.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
